Duck is delicious, don't know why it's not as ubiquitous as chicken or even beef

ducks are generally a lot easier to raise compared to chickens. idk about on a factory farm level, but in general they're better, more consistent egg layers and less likely to get disease.

the problem is that it takes a lot more effort to process a duck (removing feathers, making sure the fatty layer is in tact. chickens dont have that fatty layer so no worries) and also ducks absolutely need a pond, lake, or pool to swim in and the water needs to be rotated/cleaned pretty often.
