Just came out of Sonic 3 AMA

Saw this recently and enjoyed it.

Only real gripe is that the last act was too silly. That's the fashion these days but I do wish the humor could at least be subtle during a "cataclysmic event".>_> Tonal whiplash to watch clash of the Saiyans transition to the Robotniks flailing around like morons <_< (Especially since, imo, the humor and drama was actually really well paced up until then)

Was also pleasantly surprised to see Jim Carrey bust out the serious acting for some of Gerald's scenes. Overall they handled the project Shadow stuff very well and I think I liked it even better than the game's story.

So they could do something like Sonic Heroes next with Metal Sonic being the main villain. Black Doom as a villain would work after that.

that was so damn annoying. they hype you up so much when that song starts playing and then... el-oh-el the villains are being quirky again

Do you believe the mystery lady will result in a Sonic announcement today?

I didn't get an answer to this but there actually WAS some movement on this. It just happened the day after rather than the 30th.
