People will whine about anything I guess. If you don't want it, don't buy it. Simple as!
Typically manufacturers want the consumer to know about how their product works, so they are more likely to buy said product, are less likely to inundate the manufacturer with how it works, and are less likely to return said product when they are confused with how it works.
