Congress can't just pass a bill redefining what is essentially an issue of speech. That's a purely constitutional and therefore judicial determination.
I mean this SCOTUS will allow it, but that's not how it
should
work.
Hopefully the argument is something like "You made a ruling. Congress is now trying to legislate a new interpretation of your ruling. If you allow this, courts will have no more power, as they can simply redefine any precedent or opinion however they please."
I feel even a whack ass court the way it is would still strike that down 9-0
