I haven't been very active since my last job, when I carried the equipment. Been working at a desk since COVID-19 and feel weak af

Bicep curls? Lunges? I'd like to learn proper form for everything, those seem like the easiest to begin with

Assuming you have just the dumbbells and no other equipment, then:
Bicep/hammer curls
Side lateral raises
Shoulder presses
Front raises
Dumbbell deadlifts
Wood chops
Bent over rows

The intensity is controlled by the weight of the dumbbells. So some of those you may have to go with lighter weights starting out, and nothing wrong with that.

Pick them up and put them down over there.

I suggest getting a gym membership tbh.

Also get a grip trainer, you can use them literally whenever.

It depends on what other equipment you have, since exercises fit into a routine with each other. Just dumbbells? Then dumbbell overhead press, bent-over rows, goblet squats, and Romanian deadlifts will give you a full-body workout. Do you have a bench? Then your options expand a little and you can add dumbbell bench pressing.

And are we talking about little 3 lb dumbbells or something decently heavy? If they're super light, you'll want to rely more on bodyweight exercises and use your dumbbells for assistance exercises like lateral flyes.

Also, farmer's walks. Basically, just pick up the two heaviest dumbbells you have and walk around the neighborhood, or up and down the driveway, etc...

It's more of a conditioning exercise but also builds grip strength.

walking lunges are amazing and less annoying than static lunges
