Just wonderingHonestly, you could just throw a dart at a board and jump into whatever it lands on, it ain't the kind of series where you have to start from the beginning. The Extra and Extella games in particular are a completely different setting from the rest of the franchise, so it should be fine to jump right in. If Extella Link specifically is your first exposure to the franchise though, I'd recommend trying to play Extra, maybe Extra CCC (haven't played myself yet despite being fan translated), and Extella: The Umbral Star if you care about Extella Link's story, or at the very least read synopses on them if you don't want to be totally lost. They'll give you more context for the setting of Extella Link if nothing else.
