Yes. I never said it was inside his room. You did. I said it was pointed at him. Why would they put a camera somewhere accessible to an inmate?
Regardless the one camera malfunctioning isn't relevant to this incident. That isn't the only camera there and other video footage shows no one entered or left cell block 9 the whole night.
But malfunctioning did happen during the time of death.
