I've been in the Youtube Partner Program for many years, and my account is almost old enough to drive. I would be very surprised if I got hit.

Not yet, my account is very old though (pre-Google buyout) so maybe I won't get hit by their AI.
Twitter however... I had to change country to the US to avoid it but it looks like they recently updated to censor the US too.

Yes

One thing I don't get is, I'm in the UK and if you want to watch Age Restricted stuff you need to put in your card details or send Google an ID, but this thing was in place before the UK brought that Online Safety thing in.

But I go on my tablet and try to watch the same video and can watch it without issue.
