What's the solution to men not washing their hands after using the bathroom?

We are talking after a piss right?

I will rinse them off if I hadn't done so in a little while. Like if I washed my hands in the last 2 hours I probably won't rinse. If it's been 2 hours or more then I will rinse. If it's been a while I will full wash. But in general I don't wash my hands after each piss. Edit: If I'm about to go eat I will wash my hands.

If it's about a poo, then no, I wash my hands. I've shamed someone at work for not doing it.
