This is even worse than the mount.
I'm on this section right after the first bench where you have to drop down a pit, hit the seed thingy at the bottom then climb up as fast as you can and the timing is so strict. Ugh.
If you did this area on launch, falling into those pits dealt 2 damage instead of 1.
