For me:

Bruce Springsteen- Born in the USA
Awolnation - Sail
Some say that his voice can only be heard by cats, and that he has two sets of knees... all we know is, he's called the Stig.

Kiss- Rock'n'roll All Night is just the worst song ever

"While you were wasting your time castrating a priceless antique, I was systematically feeding babies to hungry mutated puppies!" -The Monarch
I love Evanescence, but I never liked "Bring Me To Life" as much as I was supposed to.
I saw "Going Under" first. =]

I don't think there's a band where my least favorite song is their signature

For one where their most popular song is far from one of my favorites though, Alice in Chains. I don't think Man in the Box is even the best song on Facelift let alone overall.
Born to lose, live to win!
I got tired of the AbsolutelyNoOne joke.
Least favorite song or least favorite single? I don't have an answer to the first, but The White Stripes definitely fits the second.
I apologize for nothing!
Kansas - Dust in the Wind

Im not a huge fan so I guess this doesnt really count, but Wonderwall by Oasis is easily the worst song on the album.
Collective Soul - Shine - hard to say if it's their most popular, but I'm quite done with it.

Aerosmith - I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing - their only #1, but it's saccharine sop, and they have way better songs, even though I'm on an Aerosmith low right now

Pearl Jam - Last Kiss - again, I think this is their only #1, and I recently read an article that had it as the writer's favourite song of theirs. It is trash. If not for other wastes of recording tape like Bugs, Red Dot, Push Me Pull Me, this would easily land in the lowest possible spot.
"Luke! Don't Give Into Hate. That Leads To The Dark Side."
Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven
Hey now.
The Cardigans - Lovefool
Totally misrepresents their style.

Carly Rae Jepsen - Call Me Maybe
Emotion is the second best pure pop album ever made but everyone knows her for this brain dead hit single
I guess I'm something of a ne'er do well.
Pittsburgh
Black Hole Sun irritates the heck out of me but Soundgarden has some other 10/10 stuff.
Science and Algorithms
Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody is kind of overplayed and nowhere near as good as most of their other songs imo

I wouldn't say "More Than Words" is my least favorite Extreme song per se, but it's definitely my least favorite on the album.

Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water
Black Sabbath - Iron Man

Probably System Of A Down's Chop Suey. It's a great introductory song for them, in fact its how I discovered them, but now its just "baby's first SOAD song" to me. They have so many other songs in their catalog that blow it out of the water

Feel like Radiohead is the obvious answer with Creep.
I love Weezer but I don't care at all for Hash Pipe or Island in the Sun.
Ghosts are cool.
I can't think of an example where the most popular is my least favorite. Primarily because I enjoy upbeat stuff which tends to be the most popular songs. Avenged Sevenfold does stand out for me though as "Hail to the King" is by far their most played song yet I don't particularly care for it. Nightmare is definitely their best song.

White stripes and Queen as stated are good ones

I gotta say Sublime, with What I Got/Santeria being interchangeable... If not one or two more songs
instagig
Bright Eyes. The songs is "First Day of My Life".

This one's hard. Most popular to least favourite is quite the difficult benchmark to achieve.

The closest one I can think of is:

Pretty Fly (For A White Guy) by the Offspring.

Except its not their most popular song (safe to say top 5 though) and I wouldn't say its my least favourite but its definitely down there. I never liked it.

KMFDM and Juke-Joint Jezebel
IDK if it's technically more popular than Megalomaniac or Free Your Hate, but I've always found it to be exceptionally meh. I almost always skip over it.

Carly Rae Jepsen. I mean, I don't hate Call Me Maybe but it definitely is her worst that I've heard. She has soooooooo many other bangers.

Wish You Were Here is one of my favorite albums but I hate the title track.

Probably wouldn't say its my least favorite of theirs but Portugal. the Man has songs that shit all over Feel It Still.

Rammstein - Du Hast

I get it, its easy to sing along to, but it is such a bad song.

Stand out, fit in

This is a good one.

Edit : By good, I mean the song sucks in comparison to the band's discography

Not sure if Enter Sandman is Metallica's most popular song but I never really liked it.
Its REM. They were the first band I bought a cassette for. Nothing wrong with Losing my Religion, Everybody Hurts, and people seem to like Man on the Moon. However I can name 50 songs by them I like a lot better.

Heh, they arent near my favorite but I have a few of their albums. I have June-Joint Jezebel on a compilation and like it well enough. Off the top of my head my favorite is What do you know Deutschland or Godlike.

Crawling it's my least favorite song from Linkin Park and yes from all the albums.
Pokemon TCG Pocket - Texican - 2432-6142-7499-9507
The Doors with Love Her Madly, as expressed by the Kids in the Hall:

My best friend back in high school was nuts about them but hated that song.

Love the White Stripes, but wouldn't care if I never heard Seven Nation Army again.

Part overexposure, probably. But I also find the riff a bit dumb (and not in a good way).

I just see a bunch of songs here I really like haha. I cant really think of anything. Most of the time an artists most popular song is something I enjoy. It might not be my favorite but I cant think of a case where it would be my least favorite out of all of their material.

okay actually Avenged Sevenfold is a way better one

there are at least 30 songs from them - including at least two entire albums - I like more than Hail to the King.

Beach Boys - Kokomo
Not their most popular song but it's up there

I can't stand that song, not only is it my least favorite beach boys song but it's one of my all time least favorite songs

Agreed. It sucks. Must be. Mike Love song, right? Brian hated it, right?

Please confirm my assumptions about who is cool and who is bad, lol.

I don't know any other Rupert Holmes songs (or maybe I know the songs but never bothered to find out who they belonged to), but I can tell you with absolute certainty, every single one of them is miles better than If You Like Pia Colada.

Devo - Whip It

Devo is my all-time favorite band and it annoys me to no end how non-fans only know this song. It's not a bad song, I'm just sick of it.

Devo has so many amazing songs.

yeah, iirc it's one of Mike's songs that was written/recorded when Brian was cooped up in the studio for his solo stuff instead of touring.

idk if he hated it but I think it was made cus Mike and some of the other beach boys were sick of the more experimental sound and wanted to go back to the more early sounds from their surfin' era
