oh no its going to be derailed into an ending argument

Heres one. I feel like (maybe just for the higher difficulties) the stat points didnt really matter. I wanted to build party members certain ways with the stats but they ended up being nothing other than keep up your speed and follow the weapon scaling
I played on Expert, and up until Act 3, I put two points into Agility and one point into Luck for every character on every level up. I also played in such a way where if I ever took damage I reloaded my save, so every fight was finished with No Damage. I heavily leaned into Glass Cannon builds because of this, and for most of the game I was killing bosses in a few turns at most.

Stats mattered a lot then, as having so much Agility often gave me two turns to the enemys one, and the high Luck made me crit a lot more.

In Act 3 when you get ultimate weapons and break the damage cap , yes, ideal stats is basically 99 in Might and whatever two scaling stats are. Its true that it doesnt matter much at that point because having say a + Agility Picto will increase your Agility way more than 99 Agility will, and the same applies to the other stats. I dont see that as a flaw, as the respec item was very ubiquitous by then.
