I've had people who are driving faster than me until they get beside me then they just match my speed and I don't get that behavior at all.

The think that really pisses me off is huge speed limited HGVs trying to pass each other and taking 5 miles and two lanes to do it.

I've heard that they know it's pointless, but they do it anyway to troll other drivers and relieve the boredom.

If it is a normal road and it happens, it can be aggravating, but it is within their right.

If it is on a highway, then slower traffic should absolutely move to the right. Allow people to pass on the left.

Got stuck behind two semis doing this on a road trip a couple weeks back, on a two lane highway, for nearly two hours. They were going 5 UNDER the limit too.
