Thin usually burns too easily and the crust becomes hard. It interferes with the toppings and texture of everything else.Thin crust doesnt burn if its done right. All it takes is good dough, the right oven and a good baker. When done properly, I prefer it - its crispy, light, and lets the toppings shine.

I think it verges more towards a medium crust. All I know is its the best damn pizza I've ever had and it was just a basic margarita. Thick, thin, don't care as long as it's that sweet sexy homemade action.
