one of the few pizza's that have the alfredo sauce instead of tomato. have to get the thin crust for those.

Thin where the bottom is nicely browned so there's a bit of crunch.

Specifically NY style is my favorite when done right. The ultra flat tavern style is ok too

I make Neapolitan style at home which is a more fluffy crust but still flatter than a doughier Sicilian. Ill eat Sicilian but its definitely not my thing.

Regular crus from most places

There's only one good local pizza place and they don't overcook the things so I'll get them from there.
Same w/ deepdish, they use butter on the pans instead of cooking oil like most places so

Depends on the maker and quality of the bread. From Little Caesars I like thin because their bread sucks. From Pizza Hut I prefer thicker because their bread is yummy.

I don't even dislike a reasonably thin crust. It's just, sometimes it's so thin that you can't even hold it. Like wet spaghetti or something where if you pick up one corner or whatever the rest just goes straight down.

Thin crust doesnt burn if its done right. All it takes is good dough, the right oven and a good baker. When done properly, I prefer it - its crispy, light, and lets the toppings shine.

But to each their own, of course.

Whatever my homemade dough decides to do on the day.

I think it verges more towards a medium crust. All I know is its the best damn pizza I've ever had and it was just a basic margarita. Thick, thin, don't care as long as it's that sweet sexy homemade action.
