They are trying to claim "tresspassing" even though he was over the line and wasn't on the property until the goons grabbed him and pulled him inside. It's all complete bullshit. Thankfully he was released from custody though and is planning to sue (as he should). There's multiple video evidence that he was nowhere near the property but these fuckers don't care.
