Can you check your blood pressure or heart rate?Na, nothing that serious
If it's a heart issue, you may need to go to the hospital.
200mg
I took 200mgThat is a LOT without much experience
A girl I was dating once drank an entire bottle of Mio Energy in one sitting by accident. She had palpitations all day.some people handle that shit different. i knew a girl who i shared a lecture with who would always start class with a huge thermos of coffee and two of those little energy drink shot bottles. if i did something like that i'd probably have a heart attack.

The daily safe maximum is about 400mg.
Yeah, I know it's concentrated but dang, didn't think it'd be this weird. I wonder if part of it is just mental as well

As others are saying, instead of your body slowly absorbing caffeine like it would when drinking coffee, you took a concentrated dose which hit you all at once. Back when I would take caffeine pills, I would take half a pill in the morning, and half at lunch. It was more of a subtle ramp up that way. If I took an entire pill at once, I would be shaking.slowly absorbing? i mean if you don't down it will at once, gradually. But liquid form hits fairly quick.
