I took a caffeine pill. I feel so bad

I drink coffee but caffeine pills are like another level. Took two once and I was jittery and scratching my neck nonstop... Definitely don't feel that way with regular coffee.

Same thing with nicotine. I smoke but not enough to feel nicotine withdrawals. But I tried a Zyn pouch once and I thought my heart was gonna explode after a minute
