Why post a video without at least making a comment about it? Are you hoping that everybody else has the discussion for you or tells you what your takeaway should be?
Also, no, the title of the video is not context. Saying "this is why ICE deports so many people" is an incredibly vague clickbait title that could fall on either side of the political spectrum and doesn't give the potential viewer any info on what his position on it is, which side he's arguing, or even if he's reporting verifiable, factual information or if it's just an opinion / theoretical piece.
