much like with the last stimulus checks i doubt the homeless would have much access to it, so the people who need it the most still get screwed like always.

for everyone else, 2k is potentially helpful but isn't going to make up for the massive issues the tariffs have and will continue to cause.

Problem is he's simply not stimulating the economy. The jobs figures seem to be disastrous, the mere announcements of his tariffs crashed the stock market as well as causing potentially irreparable damage to certain industries and international relations, living costs have continued to soar, inflation is on a slow rise and even the dollar itself is losing value.

He's obviously not doing as well as Biden or Obama did during this point in their administration, but he's literally doing worse than his previous admin.

Beside most of this is lies, we have lost factories and manufacturing. Stocks are the economy, and it was record high during biden as well, the difference is there also been record losses during trump terms. Our debt is about $38 trillion. Inflation is bad, and being covered up by the awful tariffs. We also aren't respected by anyone.

Betting in a year, he'll still be saying this with the promise of it happening if he wins the midterms.
