DB is pretty much always out of character. Many characters kill each other that would never fight if given the opportunity or if they did fight it wouldn't be to the death.

Also personally I'd be more worried about Yami's RNG hax cheat codes that let him win any game at any time, more than any single card.

2. Does one side have anything that counters the other side?
3. Scalable feats (X can beat Y because X beat Z and Z is way stronger than anything Y fought)
4. Subjective stuff (X is more skilled than Y)
5. Probability tie breaker, for fights that can go either way, who would win the most fights in multiple trials.
