Uninteresting static character with a completely unappealing motive and lifestyle.

As a pure unstoppable killing machine, his kills and pure relentless are some of the most enjoyable to watch in a slasher film. It's also really great how he's sort of a momma's boy despite being the feared killer he is. Beyond that, it's just an incredible design that has completely penetrated pop culture, and that's really admirable.

Good design but kinda just a lame slash bot overall. I'll give him a bit of credit because enough of his kills are on the quirky side that you could maybe say that that's his sick sense of humor showing through. Also dig the cha cha cha cha cha sound effects, quite a bit.

His mother angle is an attempt to add depth but it's just not very interesting and I'd prefer literally no backstory to it-- mystery is actually better than what you get.

Legitimatly scary and does what he needs to do. Big fan of the movies.

Liked his mom more than him though!

I just prefer my horrendous murderers in the more wisecracking variety if his prey is going to be so bad about it. Taking quite some time to develop his identity takes a while. Additional point for a solid motivation and for Jason X being legitimately amusing, but sound design can only take you so far out of the apathy zone.

Wrex - 7.5/10. Good when he gets the chance to be, but his questionable status of how alive he is at any given point in a sequel hurts his overall impact on a story. It speaks volumes that he's one of the one reasons I'll replay ME1, but I don't think he's handled all that well mechanically past that. Always interesting when he shows up and fun, just needed a little extra push in, say, ME2 to get to "fantastic".

I thought about voting, but I dunno. I barely watched anything I did watch with him in it, and it's just... Meh. I feel my votes are less on the character and more on the movies, so not going to.

Not a huge horror fan, but it's been so long since I've seen anything with Jason in it that I'll abstain for today.
