~^~^~Pokemon Gauntlet - DAY ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT~^~^~

General information: every generation of Pokemon starts with the first ten in the Pokedex. Five advance. Then a new five face those five, and so on and so forth. This goes until we reach the end of a generation, at which point each round becomes single elimination until we determine a generation winner. At the moment, Jolteon, Feraligatr, Flygon, Gliscor and Chandelure, have won generations and will be involved in the grand finals alongside the winners of Gen VI, VII, and the three Pokemon with the longest winning streaks (Blaziken, Excadrill, and Zigzagoon) to give us a final ten.

In the event of a tiebreaker, I'll hold a one-off topic to break said tie. Those rounds (same as these poll topics) last 24 hours to determine winners and whatnot. For purposes of this contest, no alts and no rallying.

Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot.

Chandelure scores an absolute blowout to earn a spot in the final ten, and now we start Gen VI.

Pretty small gen this time. Bets are on Aegislash line.

Chandelure's a good winner and I'm happy for it, but I would've preferred a Krookodile or an Excadrill win. At least Excadrill's pretty much guaranteed to be in the final ten with its long win streak.

It's gonna be Greninja, Pangoro, or Tyrantrum.

I'm hoping Meowstic and Sylveon do well.

Chandelure is the first winner I don't like. Any of Excadrill, Krookodile, or Galvantula would have been good.

I don't exactly dislike Chandelure but it's just kind of there to me? Like the gears. Though a lamp is slightly better than gears.

Also, just an FYI. You really shouldn't tell people not to stuff votes because you know what's gonna happen? They're gonna stuff votes, which is what's happening right now. We were about to have a tiebreaker between three Pokemon (Fennekin, Braixen, and Frogadier), but now Braixen's well ahead, Frogadier's in bad shape, and Fennekin and Bunnelby as of now are gonna fight it out in a tiebreaker.

Seriously, this never should've been poll-based in the first place.

For what it's worth. Someone clearly didn't want Bunnelby to advance.

Bunnelby isn't bad for an early game rodent, a shame.
