It's good to do it at night so that you're all nice and clean getting into bed (if the sheets have been washed recently). If you haven't washed the sheets in a couple weeks, who cares.
Those morning showers are vital for people like me though. Caffeine does f*** all in waking me up, and I can't stand the taste of coffee, so unless I take a shower in the morning, it can take an hour or so for me to become functional.
