Yeah, that was my reading of it. At first I was a bit confused too, but: "

at midnight UTC, instead of midnight Pacific time. That's 5PM Pacific before November 4, and 4PM after."
Definitely sounds like 4 concurrent matches running 24 hours and not 6-hour matches or anything.
