God damnit the RE4 remake fuckin ruled (spoilers)

Let's not get silly here, a Code Veronica remake would absolutely sell way less than a remake of any numbered game. It'd probably still sell okay but Capcom is going to want to maximize cost opportunity for their A Team, and handing the remake off to a potential B Team is what got us the RE3 Remake.

Additional thought: with that said, they might pull the trigger anyway as they're close to running out of possible numbered remakes. RE5 is feasible, but RE6 has the baggage of negative critical reception attached to it. Plus it's way more recent.
