First thing I thought of was Garuda. Not sure what that says. Is Garuda even a summon, or just a boss?
Garuda is one of the three main summons usable in 14, when you're not in Bahamut or Phoenix phase. She's usually a boss otherwise, and sometimes not even that (3 and 9 spring to mind.)
