Odin is just more memorable because he's significant in the appearances he's in. Like as far as big MOMENTS go he's a big deal in FF4, FF8, and FF13 which is a nice spread.
Odin is optional in FF4 and FF8. So I wouldn't really say he's significant.
Also Ramuh has a pretty significant role in FF9 and FF16 as well as FF6. Ramuh is also one of Rydia's first summons.
