Fallen Order is also a metroidvania. With elements of Uncharted and Sekiro, the only thing it really got from Dark Souls is the bonfire system. Which doesn't even make sense in a Star Wars context.
This is splitting hairs but I don't really think it took anything from Sekiro considering they both came out the same year. Seems more likely they started with Souls-inspired combat and ended up independently coming up with a very similar samurai parry system
