What's the deal with that anyway? Like maybe a dumb question, but I thought protesting was protected under some amendment or other but I see protesters getting arrested constantly, even at completely peaceful organized protests. In Minecraft of course.

Ostensibly it's for things like 'trespassing' or creating rule violating 'encampmemts'.

It also depends on if the Minecraft college servers are publicly or privately owned.

A privately owned Minecraft server doesn't have the same first amendment protections.

Columbia and NYU operate private servers, for example.
