It is kind of the perfect ironic end for Comey.

He loved the limelight. His big introduction to the national stage was the Martha Stewart case a case that was relatively minor in terms of its severity but it featured a major celebrity so he did it anyway.

And lets not let Obama off the hook that case was Comeys signature professional accomplishment when Obama appointed him FBI director.

I dont think hes a bad person but his NEED to insert himaelf into the election and make himself a character in it were like the wildcard no one could have predicted and threw the election for what i still think people forget was HIS party because Obama for reasons passing understanding decided to appoing a republican to the post.

And now as a price for attaining the fame he thirsted for he finds himself indicted and in a forever feud with the man he helped win an election just so he could achieve said fame.
