I feel like this came up a few months ago, but if I wanted to start a backloggery, do I just use backloggery

or is there like a mobile app that is best for this nowadays

Gameye is a good app for tracking your collection, but it doesn't have the option for unfinished/beaten stats.

How Long To Beat is pretty good, though it's better for tracking strictly a backlog more so than backlog + collection

backloggery has an impending redesign and it looks absolutely terrible

to the point that I'm considering abandoning it for backloggd after 15 years
thelefty for analysis crew 2008 imo -transience

Backloggd is great. Love it a bunch outside of some strange inconsistencies in what ports they spread out into their own pages, and what they condense into a single release.

Yeah it's baffling to me how anyone could think the redesign looks better than how it is now

I just checked it out and wow that's disappointing. I really like the way Backloggery is now. I wish they'd keep a classic skin at least

I've used Backloggery for 7 years. The eventual redesign ain't great, but I still like it better than most alternatives.

I'm really not looking forward to the new backloggery design, but I still prefer it to backloggd. Or at least it's close enough to not bother adding all that info to a new site.

I recommend popping into the Backloggery Discord to share your feedback. I'm hopeful that Drumble will clean up the new site some more and get it looking alright, but I think constructive criticism is helpful.

Backloggd has a nicer social aspect and the visual element is satisfying.

Backloggery is a more simplified, cleaner design that I find easier to keep track of.

Haven't tried Infinite Backlog.
How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious!

It would be absolutely painful to move on from Backloggery with the amount of games I would need to re-enter in a new site. I should probably at least think about making a spreadsheet or something as a backup, but I have thousands of games registered, so it just seems so daunting.

I think a data export feature might be planned once the new site is stable? Not certain but I know it's been talked about before.

I am kind of dreading the new design because I'm very much not a fan of modern mobile-first sites where everything is in one column and all the buttons do soft page loads and stuff. But entering that data anywhere else is such a huge task, and the other sites I've seen don't seem very intuitive.
