In IGCDs case I would almost ask him if he could use a replace. He did leave a vote and never explained why as far as I can see.
I think he voted me because he thought I was sussing his Miller claim without voting for him, even though I actually ended up at the opposite conclusion that he was likely legit.
He most recently said he didn't really remember (lol) but it had something to do with teeth. (I'm interpreting this as my sus on his miller claim had no teeth?) IIRC he voted long before I woke up and started talking with SBell so no idea if he read any of that or saw where I ended up on his claim.
