Post playable 'cards' from any game and I'll rate/tier how good or fun they are

Board 8

Legendary
Pot of Greed
Shahrazad - This is one of the Magic cards I am aware of. Extremely cool and iconic mechanic - to start an entirely new game of Magic within your game of Magic to deal damage to your opponent (or to you). I'm pretty sure no one at your local game night wants to play against this without prior warning and multiple hours of time carved out. If both players play 4 copies, you could end up playing 8 total games of MTG to decide one, which is incredible! I could see a lot of people conceding when you cast this spell just to avoid the trouble it causes. Therefore, it's even better than broken, just getting people to concede on the spot.

Broken
The Caverns Below - fuck this card. This was one of the most un-fun cards to play against in Hearthstone (or at least while I was still playing). Though it was kind of fun to play yourself, admittedly. With shadowstep and prep, this card was so broken it made Stonetusk Boar and that 0 mana 0/2 mech taunt card good, and no competitive deck to that point had ever played either of those cards seriously before. Comically easy to achieve this effect, most of the time by turn 5 or 6 at the latest if you drew decently. I know they nerfed it later to require playing 5 minions to get 4/4s, but this card was an absolute TERROR in its original state.
Dominion (Neon White)
Pedro Martinez's 1999 Strat-O-Matic card - Legendary player, though he played for Boston, so that's going to be some points off. I looked up some very basic rules for strat-o-matic and this particular card seems to be extremely good (to reflect how good he was in real life). Huge portion of the outcomes on this card are strikeouts or ground balls, which would presumably be easily cleaned up by your fielders. Top tier pitcher, no doubt.
The Moops (Trivial Pursuit)
Remove Visor - Cyclops (OverPower) - Wow, the rules for this game are really confusing. From what I can gather though, an attack must be blocked by a defense card of equal or higher value, and most cards are values 1-6, so it's unlikely that this card can be blocked. The developers probably limited this to one per deck because it was such a (numerically) strong attack. I'm glad that card games have come a long way from this. Both the rules and the visual style of the card are clunky - it's hard to tell that the name of the card isn't just Cyclops!
Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon

Great
Thromok the Insatiable - updated, after realizing my mistake in reading comprehension above.
Squall Leonhart

Good
King of Hearts - no game was specified, but on the whole this is a pretty good card in most games I can think of: poker, blackjack, balatro, war. I can't think of any games where this is explicitly a bad card besides Hearts (and even then it could be situationally good), so it's going to pretty much always going to be above average.
Storm of Steel
Uno Reverse
Claire Redfield

Decent
Slippery Bogle - 1 mana 1/1 with hexproof. Seems fine. I assume the goal here is to juice this up with buffs that your opponent can't remove and then go crazy with it when it's like a 10/10 or something. As I understand it from other games, hexproof only means it can't be the target of your opponent's effects, but it would still take damage or die from general board wipes, which I presume are somewhat common. I think there's definitely a place for this card to be playable, but it's unlikely that hexproof moves the needle to make this a really good card.
Jubilee
Sevenstar Dust - I used to go over to this one kid's house when I was in middle school and he would sometimes play Baten Kaitos while I watched. I had no clue what was going on back then, and I don't have much more of a clue now. From a small amount of googling, it seems like the 4 indicates that this could be stronger by playing cards with 1-2-3 into this. The mana cost doesn't appear to be very high, and the damage in the video looked fine, but worse than some of the other options. If the description, which states that enemies are left numb from the power of the attack refers to some kind of paralysis-type effect, this could be much higher. If it's simply a combo string that does decent damage, I'm not particularly impressed.
Ace of Spades (Crazy 8s)

Funny but Not Good
Disco Inferno - This is another old TCG with somewhat confusing rules. My interpretation off of a 5 minute readthrough is that this card effectively allows you to negate the first attack from each player directed toward you (I didn't see anything that could do more than 10 damage). I assume that a round refers to a single player's full turn? However, I also see that the 3 in the lower left card means you start the game with 3 cards in hand, compared to some characters that allow you to start with 7 or 10 cards in hand, and negating one card each turn for free doesn't seem like it would be worth that card disadvantage, especially when other characters would have their own abilities too. I like that this card game brings in physical wrestling moves and poses though - that's very funny and I'm sure kids loved that.
