Please, at me whenever they go up for pre order
@SHINE_GET_64I assume at least part of that is because of the swap-between-rides functionality but still
Enjoy your Tariffmiibos.

No more going back and forth between time trying to figure out which island to do a thing on they'll be in a chapter format instead, I guess
Which was the original game's biggest weak point so fair

Can you? I was just there a couple days ago and TotK were $30 while SF were $40.
WOW OK this was on track to be one of the worst Direct's ever for meI feel like everybody says this after every Direct. At this point I have no idea what it would take for a Direct to get a GOOD reception.

In this particular case, a lot of the stuff here that people get excited about in Nintendo Directs just don't do it for me at all.
The entire Mario section? Nothing. Galaxy is good but $40 each is never happening. Metroid could be cool but the thing they showed here felt off, I played Donkey Kong for about 8 hours and dropped it, I think the Pokemon stuff looks bad, DQ looks weird (though finding out they look like freaky figures is because they actually did base them on actual freaky figures is neat) but I'll still check that out.
But I recognize a lot of this stuff actually is super hype for a lot of people, so that's why I wanted to clarify this was just "for me".
I really cannot stress enough that if I thought everything else in the direct was even twice as bad as I feel about it now, it would still be ranking as one of the all time best for DR and FE.
I think assuming popularity means a more prominent role is a big mistake.
I think it means a higher chance of death.
They'd rather radically alter the perspective on the less popular characters.

new mainline Zelda and a new Smash Bros.
I think most people would call a Direct good if it had a new mainline Mario, new mainline Zelda and a new Smash Brosin that case no direct has ever been good
Some kind of weather system.

The Bananza announcementPeople liked that, but were still disappointed because it wasn't Mario.
Just saw that Engage was announced on 9/13, 2022.Man, was it really that long ago? When the trailer for the new one came up I was like, "Man, wasn't Engage like barely a year ago?"
Just saw that Engage was announced on 9/13, 2022. Just a day off. Has to be intentional.
Would be really neat if they follow the approximate marketing schedule and release date, too. Would mean a full trailer in November and a release late January.
I feel like there's no way we get Fortune's Weave before April, but we'll see I guess. Wasn't there almost a year between the Three Houses reveal and release?
Edit: over a year, it seems.

I'm a simple man. I see new resident evil footage, I call it a good direct.
The direct inspired me to buy Danganronpa 1+2 HD cause it's only $12 right now.depends on the spoilers?
Never seen the anime or played the games. I already know some spoilers, that's not going to ruin it for me, right?
