They were only here for two years, and they were prime examples of people who do not deserve pets. They had a large dog, talking pitbull/boxer or slightly larger sized. She wasn't one of those, but to give a sense of aproximate scale. They absolutely did not give a shit. They let her run around unrestrained, barking at peoples windows at 1-4 am, would confront and bark as us if we tried to take to step outside. I once even sneezed, in the house, and she came to bark at the house. Whole time they're just smiling and laughing like it's a joke/game. .. like you could be having your face actively ripped off and they'll just say "she's just protecting, put your hand out to smell it"
Anyways, they did this and even came over to mess with various stuff, pretty sure he's the one that bashed in our gas meter gauge. If you tried to deal with the dog, the girl would accuse you of hurting her dog, the kid and mother just laughing. If the dog WAS restrained it was put in a cage for like 20+ hours and peed all over the carpet of a house they were renting. It was awful. Then they got a second dog and thankfully left...

The other neighbors on the opposite side were actually preferable to them, and they illegally burned toxic chemicals, materials, and even caused an explosion in the backyard. Plus the lady had an ex that showed up to break her cheekbone. They were better than the dog people...
Oh and they did other stuff, but the dog part was the most glaringly awful part of it since it was 24/7
