What the fuck? Philly Cops are notoriously horrible. Did they get a change of leadership or some shit? Or are they just looking at the news and thinking they don't need more bad publicity.This is a manpower issue they don't have anyone right now.
Remember, Philly cops blew up several houses in the 80's and kidnapped an infant for a photo op a couple years ago. Then all the diarrhea in between.
