3/4 left, but the one that died was a lot older than the rest. He was 27 and his wife (my grandmother) was 14 when they got married.
$300 for a 2500 piece set that has brand name (Nintendo/Zelda) sounds about right.

I'm looking forward to the Lego Barad-Dur set.
One thing I have noticed over the years is the size of the fries is shrinking and the size of the drinks is increasing.

A 'small' fry at Wendys now is the size of a kid size fry 20 years ago.
A 'Medium' drink now is the size of the Biggie size 20 years ago.

I was never familiar with any summer camps like you see in the movies. They were all Boy Scout summer camps near where I grew up as a kid.

I think it was like that prior to Disney even.
I had Tequila not too long ago. There is a place nearby with Avocado and also Queso flavored ice cream near me. Yeah its all mexican themed.
Man, don't read DC or Marvel comics then.

In the late 80s through the early 00s there were like 5 monthly superman titles. They had to put little triangles with numbers in them on the issues to let you know which order to read them in. This was different than the issue numbering.

just like in the movie Jurassic Park, Its basically just for millionaires and billionaires

They'll have a coupon day.
If its in the area.
Going on a long flight and want something to do while I sit for hours on end uncomfortably. And I'm not paying for the flight's wifi.
I mean maybe if they hadn't done the whole "damn dirty ape" throwback right before it.

Depends on what you want the ball to do. These days, I'm only familiar with the Hammer line, so these are some suggestions:

Heavy oil conditions - Black Widow 3.0, Hammer Effect, Extreme Envy
Medium oil / starting to break down - Arctic Vibe
Light oil / lanes broken down - RAW Hammer

There are a lot of parameters on a bowling ball which affect performance, like coverstocks. Pearl coverstocks give you large amounts of length down lane, so you'll see a smoother arc. Solid coverstocks really grip the lane and react quickly to friction, so you could see more of a snap in the friction. Hybrid coverstocks are in the middle.

Honestly, I would talk with your Pro Shop, tell them what you're looking for in a ball, and let them decide which is best for you.

I plan to just getting some ideas. I do like the look of that Arctic Vibe though. Hybrid, medium oil, and strong mid-lane/backend reaction.
Wait til the HVAC breaks.
Australia probably.
Looking to upgrade from my first bowling ball which I've been using for close to a year now. It is a Brunswick Twist, 12lb, with conventional grip.

Looking for slightly better ball, will likely go to 13 or 14 lbs and get a fingertip grip as I can hook the ball now. Any suggestions?
I read a story about a bank that got compromised and didn't tell their customers until 1 year later which is when they supposedly "finished their review" of the incident.

You don't lose 55 lbs in 2 months.

Its is very possible. Its also extremely hard on your body. I lost about 50 pounds in a span of just a few months once by basically starving myself. I've now gained it all back plus some though.
Its hard to say, JP1 is an absolute masterpiece. A perfect blend of science and fiction. Something that the other movies never came close to. After JP1 it was all just 'GRRR DINOSAUR EAT MAN GRRR' and not the science behind everything. There is three scenes in particular in JP1 that really stand out.

  1. The lunch scene where they discuss the potential pitfalls of the park, especially from Dr. Malcom. In fact the worst part of this scene, and ironically the part that's supposed to hit hardest for the uneducated, is Dr. Grant's retort at the end of this scene about not having the slightest idea what to expect by throwing dinosaur and man together. Regardless the scene is BY FAR the best scene in the movie.
  2. The scene involving the lysine contingency. While the science mentioned in this scene is pseudo-science at best, it at least provide a glimpse into the thinking behind the park, the engineering of the dinosaurs, and the potential steps taken to mitigate damage should the worst occur. Something that you NEVER see again in any JP movie. While the engineers did have this thought in place, their hubris still allowed them to create something that should have never been created (see the Lunch scene).
  3. The scene between Hammond and Dr. Sattler regarding Hammond's decision to create the park. He wanted to bring joy to the world, and even after all that has happened so far (his own grandchildren being lost with escaped dinosaurs), he was still deluded into thinking the park could work. He had a conviction that he wanted to realize, but everything was working against him. While this Hammond is VERY different from the Hammond in the book (a complete asshole who got his comeuppance), it provided great character depth on how far this man wanted to go to achieve a dream.

JP1 had the benefit of having Michael Crichton himself involved in the screenplay and I really think this helped bring the science aspect forward. Something that was unfortunately lost with the sequels.

Its sad that Spielberg approached Crichton to write a sequel to Jurassic Park (novel) so they could make a sequel movie, which he then did, and then the movie ended up being completely different. Though, the sequel novel isn't much better to be honest.

If I were to rank them:

JP1
The rest are terrible movies that just want to show dinosaurs attacking people
I spent $500 and she paid for half, so $250 each.

byterance is trying to throw everything at the wall hoping that something can prevent this from happening

but if both Congress and the president agree on it, and they both sign the paper, then there is only one thing bytedance can do to try and stop it

and that's appeal to the supreme court, which definitely is not going to go their way

You'd be surprised, especially now that Trump is saying not to ban TikTok (a complete 180 from his view when he was president). I'm assuming he fears it will get banned and see this as a "Biden win", but he also has a vendetta against facebook and could also see this as Facebook getting more popular with a TikTok ban. Man only thinks of himself.
The Final Fantasy Ultimanias
you taking ozempic?
Other than that Horizon game I haven't heard about any new AAA type games for it.
Seth Meyers Closer Look is the only news you need.
Mine does too but you can rename them to whatever you want.
FFX is not a loot grinder.
In Fast Food, like hardly any where like that. In retail, quite a few, especially those wanting to do returns.
Yes, had to pay :(
I used to when I had a chevy and it was super easy, but now I drive a honda and they've made it basically impossible to do it yourself.
Both are amazing. I do think Universal has more rides that adults would like, however Disney has overall way more stuff to do. Plus some of Disney's rides are TOP NOTCH. Like Rise of the Resistance, Guardians Cosmic Rewind, Avatar Flight of Passage, etc. Universal doesn't come close to those rides. The current best rides at Universal are the Jurassic World coaster and Hagrid coaster.
I used to collect all the FF and KH guides starting with FFVII and KH1, but now they don't make they anymore.

The last FF guide I got was FFXV and the last KH guide I got was for the HD Remix 1.5 on PS3.

Congratulations. We had our wedding in EPCOT.

cheap jump scares are the worst kind
Wicker Man just for that scene with the chick dancing.
Its ridiculous that Nikki Haley won't be the Republican nominee because so many republican politicians believe you have to be MAGA to succeed. As much as I don't agree with a lot of her policies she is definitely the better candidate. I am curious what will happen to her political career after she concedes to Trump. She has already publicly bashed him, something no other candidate did, and all the former candidates have endorsed Trump (the whole reason why they didn't bash him, since they knew they had no chance, and wanted to stay in his good graces).
The Guy Game
Tell me about, especially when the wife wants to completely just redo a room for "something to do" every few months. Like paint it, install shelving, change the floors, etc.
Just watch all of the Lord of the Rings. Extended versions especially.

After that watch The Foreigner if its the Jackie Chan one.
2006 Sony Conference I think it was? Where like EVERYTHING went wrong.

Also the 2013 Sony Conference where they just blew Microsoft out of the water.

I remember there was an interview with one of the Microsoft guys, and they asked what people without internet access or in areas where access was unavailable can do, and the guy was like "Play Xbox 360 instead".
I tried to play this game and gave up because it was too boring.
Your squad gonna make fun of you.
