In any case, I don't like the argument that Zidane's not developed. That seems like it's more a sappy, sloppy plot mechanism in most cases it's used that just mean someone isn't as good as they could have been the whole time or didn't have a well enough and balanced sense of identity without having to go from one thing at the start to completely out of character at the end. Faulting them for not having hideous and extremely glaring faults that are almost totally related to social attitude is just bleh.

Man Bosh, you really like to jump to conclusions. I like Bartz because he's a fun guy. He may not be the most deep guy around, but if you give me an upbeat, ordinary guy that makes puns, I'll like him a hell of a lot more than a self pitying superhuman.
And by the way, he's almost the exact same as Galuf as a character. Which is fine. They pal around, they bounce puns and responding groans back at each other, practically high five over seeing Faris sleeping/naked.
Same reason Zidane's good.

Describing Bartz like that is awful. So what if his dad's a hero? Bartz is himself, he's gonna explore the world with his chocobo, and he's gonna have adventures while spitting out more one liners than any one else in that list could manage. He's got more than enough personality aside from that too!
And Zidane is way more entertaining than most.
Those two by far are the top of the list. Terra way lower, Squall lower, Cloud lower.

Hm, well since most are already listed I'm gonna go with a few that haven't:
The Forgotten Village from Folklore. Not extremely exciting, but pretty calm and noir styled.
Scoundrels from Wild Arms 3 is pretty good. Really fitting for the wild west theme.
Filgaia from Wild Arms Alter Code F. I mean sure, the WA1 one was posted and this is just a remake, but there definitely needs to be more talk on the WA series than FF when it comes to any sort of music tbqh

Psht, Santino's finisher is way more distinct than any routine surrounding it! The Cobra's pretty much the defacto main thing by itself.
Either way, people tend to have their signature moves and all, but it's when those happen every match, and are the end of every match, and you can do nothing notable otherwise... well, that's just kinda lame. And that's kinda happening way too often with too many people at once.
Cena and Randy of course. Next guy who comes to mind is Ezekiel Jackson since he's just... not that good, not that mobile. And that routine is so, so terrible. Multiple body slams and torture rack are all bad as a "finisher".

Best people there are Huang Gai, Sun Jian, and Sun Ce. And they didn't really get to either stick around long or get much screentime. Everyone else was pretty much zzz or actively lame.
Also, Shu Oath Brothers totally kick the Sun family's ass in terms of awesome. Liu Bei is kinda meh, but Zhang Fei and Guan Yu are top tier and have way more screentime than Sun Ce's ever allowed, and he's the only one close to up there!

Heavily recommend the series to anyone who hasn't played it yet. 3 and 4 are pretty easy to find, with 3 being a bit slower paced on story but involved while 4's a lot more polished on gameplay.

It's alright. I don't really love it, there's loads of games (even RPGs) I find better, even around that same era. And past then? Probably not even in a top 50 of games. Maybe not even top 100.

...Except this is a guy who routinely kills entire armies, and does inhuman things like cut entire tidal waves in half with a single hand. And beats people who can likewise do the same. Also no shows tons of arrows.

Lara Croft by herself is not capable of producing a "barrage of gunfire". Not to mention, Lu Bu's specialty is how utterly indomitable he is, even by gameplay conventions that he has here, Swift Attack mode makes it so that he takes literally no knockback or interruption from any attacks. It also boosts his strength by a huge amount.
Add in Fury Mode, and he's then capable of flying and has shadow blades added onto all of his attacks, as well as getting all his parameters boosted to inhuman levels.
Lara and Vivi don't even come close to Lu Bu. I mean, really, he can not only shoot his arrows more accurate than Lara could ever land a gunshot, but he can telekinetically control his DW6 weapon and fly as well, able to hit with his Sky Scorcher if he closed the distance like he can in a single bound.

Lu Bu, because even base Lu Bu was a crazy inhuman fighter who solo'd entire armies. Fury mode and Infinite Musou, along with his Swift Attack mode and all those other extras should make him able to pretty much dominate these two others, since they'd job to a single hit from him.

Honestly, from what I remember, Coke Zero > Diet Coke > Regular Coke.
Regular's just got this nasty aftertaste to me. The Zero/Diet don't, since instead they just turn up the carbonated bite way more, which isn't really flavorful or anything, but it's at least not offensive. Though none of those (or any Pepsi) match the Dr. Pepper or Sprite sodas anyway tbqh

Something still feels off about it. Probably because I feel like if I'm doing good, I should be dominating, but somehow every death just feels like "oh that's bull****" and half the time, it really is. Slightest bits of lag or something result in you shooting someone 30 times and he's not dead, while he shoots you maybe 5 times and you're down.
Or doing a pulldown stealth kill when you clearly veered away from him to the right, rolled off the ledge, and were hanging to his left before suddenly it teleports you to standing in front of him and being thrown down.

Well, since the game reminds me of Metal Gear Online, I continue in trend of saying "screw assault rifles" and sucking at them, yet balancing that out by using sprint and stealth to get good amounts of neck snaps and spacing to use grenades as traps.
Generally end up third out of five of whatever team I'm on.

In real life, it doesn't look as technical and drags on way too long. It's like they don't get any hits that look clean and just go mad, and then KO victories end up rare so it's just some judgement call thing.
