The new content is only something a veteran player would appreciate though, seeing as it's post-game content.

The GBA version is good for your second playthrough, but the first time you want to experience the main story the best possible way, and that sure isn't the GBA version with its much smaller screen, censorship, softened translation and bad music.

What the hell people

FFVI's strongest point is the soundtrack, and it's completely butchered in the GBA version.

SNES version is the only way to go if you have your priorities straight.

According to the results I am like perfect neurotypical superman, but that is a load of BS and shows how stupid tests like this are. I spend 10+ hours a day in front of a screen, that's not typical at all even if I'm socially competent.

Yeah this is a very stupid question for several reasons.

1: The sun is never going to explode

2: It will be too hot on Earth for life to exist in just a few hundred million years, while the Sun won't die until 5 billion years from now.

3: We already have the technology to escape Earth if something horrible should happen. In 1000 years it won't even be an issue. In 10000 years we are probably on our way to other star systems. And in a million years, not to mention a hundred million... well look at how far we've come in the last 100 years, by that time we can probably create a new universe to live in if we haven't wiped ourselves out.

I always try to act in character if I'm controlling a character with a personality, as in most JRPGs. Like, having Cloud declare his undying love for Barret would make the game feel completely "off" for me, funny though it may be.

Frankly, choices in story-driven games annoy me. I play games to have a story told to me, not to "create my own" based on a bunch of binary selections within a horribly restricted framework. If I want to make my own story I boot up 3D Studio Max.

Rose mentioned that in the Furthest Ring, the way time and space shifts makes it so even if you take the "same" path it can take you a different amount of time (or...space) to get there.

This is the ultimate noob resource for just learning the most basic grammar and expressions in a logical and easy way. It's useless after like a week though when you get the basics down.

2: Next, go here: http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/

This is considered by many to be the best free online guide to Japanese, but it has a steeper learning curve than the previous one.

3: You'll want to learn Hiragana at this point, and Katakana soon after. Go here: http://www.realkana.com/ and you'll learn them crazy fast.

4: The top non-free Japanese guide is the Genki book series. I recommend using these in addition to the online guides, but that doesn't mean you have to actually pay for them...

5: Once you get a grip on the kana, you have to start learning Kanji. And there is one resource for this that is far and away the best: http://kanjidamage.com/

6: To practice Kanji you have to download a program called Anki. Look it up and you'll realize why this is a must.

And this is how you learn Japanese smoothly with little to no tiresome memorization or repetition.
