Anyone know if the newer DotA heroes are being brought to DotA 2? Wisp is a blast to play, and I'd be sad if he's gone.

They haven't announced anything about anything other than the three heroes on their concept art page.

I would assume they are bringing over every hero released, with the exception of maybe the last two or three released depending on when Valve stopped their hero creation to work on other features (assuming they even did).

LoL will always have a fanbase because it's "casual friendly". And because people have put a bunch of money and time into it.

But DotA 2 will have a gigantic fanbase and a much bigger competitive scene if it delivers.

A World of Darkness MMORPG would be the greatest thing ever, but unfortunately I'm pretty sure it's just a V:tM MMO, which is still pretty awesome.

But hey, maybe their expansions will have stuff like Werewolf and Mage (or they'll be badass and add the awesome stuff like Changeling and Hunter first. But I doubt it)

Blitz has like, zero damage sustained damage. He's just a big burst machine, except his burst relies on grabbing someone, which is a lot more than a lot of other champions.

Aside from that he doesn't do much damage tbqh

Not that it matters since most of the time that he grabs someone they will instantly die to his team.

Sorry, I haven't watched Supernatural past its third season yet.

As for Cold Case... I don't know. I liked whatever I saw of that show and considered doing a full series viewing after it ended only to learn that it didn't get a proper series finales. Shows that last several years and don't get a real ending bug me too much to bother with them -- even if they're mostly procedural.

I honestly had no idea that Cold Case had more of a story other than the probable love story that gets dragged out over ten seasons.

Of course they had a choice.

Unless they bought it but allowed the creator of the graphic novel to have full creative control, in which case the studio deserves to make no money off it because you can't buy something that sounds as dumb as "Cowboys & Aliens" and not know that you have to rename it.

People will argue this with me, but the only big fighter before SFIV was MvC2. That alone carried tournaments for years while other games came and went, and now SFIV is carrying tournaments, with MvC3 coming on strong, while games like BlazBlue have a cult following so they get some decent play.

If another fighting game tournament hits 70k, Evo will be at 150k.

It just got started first, is well run (relatively speaking), and is the one tournament where all the top players in the world come. Until they start going to other tournaments consistently, Evo will always have the most top players and therefore be a 'better' tournament.

To be fair, Viscant was absolutely wrecking with Haggar and Wesker, and that was without using supers.

Phoenix is a dumb character but Viscant was rolling most of the people anyway.
