Sorry, but no. Estelle is horrible, worst character in the game, main character that is. Some of the side characters manage to be worse than her, but she is pretty terrible.

- Stone tower and water dungeon were pretty horrible. Whoever decided you need to replay the eligy song 3 times every time you want to make it back to the stone tower should be ran over by a church van. These were just annoying dungeons overall. Water moreso(just like oot).,

You can teach Morrigan some heals (it's highly recommended btw), but she will always be stuck with the crappy Shapeshifter specialisation, while Wynne starts with the much better Spirit Healer specialisation.

There's no need to explain that. Apart from the incredible soundtrack, CC is mediocre game with bad gameplay and an overly convoluted storyline that gives MGS2 a run for its money. Being disappointed is the normal reaction.

I also forget just how much of a crackhouse the Black Omen is. How many tabs can you get on just 1 run? I counted like 11
I don't remember if there are any just lying around, but if you are charming: - You can Max Power Tabs if you want, as you can re-fight Tubsters as much as you want. I first played it on the SNES. Fortunately I had a friend who had imported the game (no release here in Europe), and he let me borrow it.

It doesn't really matter, but if you want to go to the Black Omen, do so in 1000AD. The final boss of the black Omen has some pretty neat stuff that you can steal, and if you go through the Black Omen three times (1000AD-->600AD-->12000BC) you can fight the boss 3 times and thus steal 3 times. Unless you're obsessive about stuff like that (I kinda am >_>), you probably don't want to go through the Black Omen 3 times, but starting with 1000AD at least keeps the possibility open, and there's really no downside to entering the Black Omen in 1000AD. Weirdly enough, a bunch of stuff in the Black Omen will be defeated in 600AD if you kill them in 1000AD first, which makes absolutely no sense at all. I guess they didn't want people farming Speed Tabs. Not like there isn't a New Game+ that kind of renders that whole plan pointless.

I disagree. If you don't like Lucca (and honestly, who the hell likes Lucca?) she can stay on the bench forever. I only ever use her in the one dungeon where her fire turns the strongest enemies into helpless puppies. Sure, Flare is God Tier, but so are the skills of most other characters in the end-game.

It doesn't really matter. You will kill slightly faster if you have Lucca, but Marle has Aura, and especially Aura Whirl, which is pretty damn sweet if you need some healing.

Just a hint about Power Tabs: you don't have to give them all to Crono, but don't use any on Lucca or Marle. Strength does not alter their damage. All other characters are fair game. Later in the game, you will be able to get as many Power Tabs as you want, if you don't mind doing some grinding.
You will eventually meet someone called Spekkio, an optional fight. Return there after your characters reach level 10, 20, 30 and 40, as he will evolve and give you better rewards each time (plenty of tabs, Elixirs, Megalixirs, etc).
