So do the games like Multiversus and Nickelodeon Smash. And Palworld's success I think proved that as long as the monster design is similar enough people will accept the characters.

Good point about Palworld. I guess obvious copies can work. Does anyone play it still?

Pokemon and SSB have old, known characters. People keep buying them because of nostalgia. New IPs can never do that.

It doesn't really matter. There's no way you could enforce a school-wide banning of phones anyways. Kids would just bring them anyways or smuggle them in.

If they're caught using a phone during class too many times then they'd have to redue the whole year. What other penalties do they have at school these days?

I'm talking about if the child has an emergency, not the other way around. I've seen and been around enough teachers that didn't care in the slightlest what's happening to the child, so I wouldn't trust them to make a call to the parent.

I think schools should still allow "dumb phones" in case the person has an emergency and actually needs to call someone. But as for smartphones, sure, ban away.

Is this supposed to be some competitor's pokemon? I'm not exactly familiar with competitive Pokemon but I don't get this build. Why ghost Tera? No items? I understand for acrobatics but wouldn't you use a consumable item at least?

Ghost Tera is so the opponent can't use Fake Out on it. The lack of an item made it so Acrobatics could do more damage immediately, and not need to use an item first.

Bus, Uber, taxi, bicycle, call a friend for a ride. There are already a few possibilities, depending on how far you need to go.

Has anyone noticed that they increased the amount of ads you can get at one time to 4? Like they trying to go that twitch route and make you watch 10 mins of ads without the option to skip.,

I've had 4 ads in a row for about a year. But it was on the Youtube TV app. Though it doesn't happen much.
