This results in less taxes than you think because the really rich people don't "earn" things the same way you or I do. The equity they have just goes up in value. You have to tax wealth, not earnings. Well, you get what I mean. I don't know the technical terms for it. My father wasnt exactly what you would call cultured or educated. He manned the grill and he would cook steaks 10 minutes on each side. Shit was drier than a cotton swab. That's probably the problem. That's a sad story. I can see why you personally wouldn't like it. I also grew up in a household like that. But we only ate steak a couple times a year, and I loved it. I then tried a few medium steaks in resteraunts later in life and couldn't even finish them, they tasted so bad to me. I then tried some at home, well done, and they were just as a good as I remembered. I have since ordered a few well done at resteraunts, and they're just fine. Ive seen too many anime adapted from other sources where a six-episode season just wouldnt accomplish any audience investment while having a respectable season end. That doesnt mean that the series are bloated, but they need the right stopping point and that usually would a bit further.
