it's more like every time i give an episode or two a re-watch i remember how much i liked it and why i liked it so much and i binge a handful after that.

i think it's legitimately a great show, and one that constantly kept playing around with its own animation tricks to try and get better. right up until the very end, they kept trying new things, but i think the most noticeable jump is between s4 and s5, where the backdrops went fucking ham.

just going by what new players seem to have issues with - and this isn't on them, i think the game could communicate better - tank stance is a thing and you should practically always have it up.

combat itself follows the big rule of mmos and that is always be casting. get used to queuing up your next attack early. you can queue up your next attack at like, a quarter of the cooldown left or something like that.
