pretty much everyone just works as zombies because why the fuck would they ever put in the extra effort when they have so much endless work to do? people rightfully just slack off as much as possible

i thought people were mostly overblowing how bad walmart is, but it was legitimately the most depressing time of my life. i have cerebral palsy and they didn't offer me a chair without a doctor's note (2 month waiting list) so i was on pain meds all day, twice the daily dosage, and still crying internally and sleeping for over 12 hours a day. i only worked for 20 hours a week and it was just the worst.

our bosses basically said, "if you think someone is stealing, ask them if they purchased/are going to purchase the product and then just leave it at that". they actively don't want employees to bother calling the police or making a scene because they don't want the employees to ruin their image

Sorry., you're wrong. They don't want you to stop the, because it's literally not your job. They don't want you to get hurt or even killed stopping a shop lifter. 35 I feel better then I did at 25. I work physical labor at Walmart. My job requires a lot of heavy lifting and stuff. I dont wake up with aches. I have bad foot pain sometimes. Though that's 100% from my crappy shoes.
