Raka_Putra 06/11/25 2:17:11 PM #20	paperwarior posted... I'd worry a bit. Hopefully they're keeping a realistic perspective on it at least. I think this best conveys my current take on it as well. It surprises me a bit that a considerable chunk of people don't know how genAIs work and think they're actually intelligent. If they know it's like a fancy magic 8-ball, I'd be less concerned. Also another thing about relying on AI for emotional needs too much is that most of them are owned by corporations and there's a possibility they'll implement paywalls sooner or later. --- God has heard my soul.

It's the top use case in 2025 according to this chart from Harvard Business Review with data from Filtered By "thinking less" you can define it on your own (e.g. pitying them, thinking they're dumb, etc.). https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/5/54ef0497.jpg I certainly find it... puzzling, at least. Even knowing the basics of genAI would tell you that it doesn't actually care or think about whatever you're saying, it's just generating a response based on the data it's trained on. But when I shared a similar article on my Facebook feed, some people came and commented that it was better than nothing or they didn't want to be judged or didn't want to bother others with their thoughts. Hence my mistake in putting it with the greens. You could DEFINITELY argue that it's shaped like those things. That being said, because it's a relatively obscure word, once I couldn't fit it in there, I thought for sure it would go in a wordplay category and spent a long time looking for other things that might.
