Meh, those aren't that expensive for enthusiasts. Keyboards in particular can get extremely pricey.

That being said, if you're on a budget you can certainly get good mice and keyboards for cheaper.

I don't really recall, since I built it about 5 years or so ago. I do know that my latest GPU was $1500 alone, so a fair guess is probably about $2500-3000 all together.

I'm not including stuff like monitors/keyboards/mice. I swap those out at different times at random intervals.
