Not only was I the only Auron save for his first boot, I was the literal first save of the round with him as a save, and then nobody else saved him

I was real sad about that lol

The first boot was when I was the only one to save him

The second, I was busy with work and had a family cat emergency so I missed getting a save. To be fair I did end up saying "This is the year of Torgal now" and then Torgal got 3rd

Like the closest I did to posting a gimmick was the Torgal Tuesday tweets each week, and to me that wasn't trying to get saves for a random character that was just a fun little after round thing that I had happened to find on Twitter and thought it'd be fun to share.

But it's all a matter of perspective, the fics and comics and such could be argued for the same way so who am I to crash on those parties, just my personal thoughts seeing it through some years

Cait getting to 9th and Prompto getting this far shows you don't necessarily need gimmicks to have fun runs imo, there's plenty to work with to not have this contest be a "shell" without gimmicks to bolster character votes

But at the end of the day it's still a fun little thing that's appreciated, I'm also on the side that I don't think it should influence character saves but there's no way to prevent that and people should have their harmless fun when they want

Godot I think is overrated but he is good, I just wanted to like him more than I ended up doing

The change from 1-5 to AA4 IS cool to see, I just think what she changed to in AA4 is annoying more than anything else. But having the change at all I think is neat.

I also don't know what happens to her in 5 and 6 yet so my feelings could change
