My first apartment had 2 bedrooms, 1/2 bath, and a full bath in the hall, first floor, and decent size patio shed (where I unloaded all of my tools daily when I first started doing my own jobs while working full time at a remodel company during the summers). I think I was about to be a senior in high school at the time.
