Pretty hard, I would wager.

Also until we get some better power solutions I'm pretty sure most country's power grid would fold like paper under the weight of AGI.

Gonna be honest, I'm not gonna get hyped for this one. The changes they're talking about can be wildly hit or miss. Hope it ends up good, and I'll probably get it pretty quick if so, but first MH title in a while I'm wary of.

Focus mode in particular feels like it had the potential to be a stinker like Clutch Claw.

Also not thrilled about taking two weapons. Kinda feels like the hunting/prep aspect will be marginalized even more than World and Rise.

This is what people don't understand, right here.

"There'll always be room for human art. Except in a corporate setting. Or smaller commissions. Or promotional works. Or.."

Most people don't care what "feeling" art has. Artists will be driven out of a field by and large, and we will lose a large part of what made humanity what it is in favor of soul crushing corporate consumerism.

ai will never replace people like novelists or poets because ai just isnt capable of human creativity and the quality of ai writing is just vastly inferior to that of people

it is definitely concerning though in the way that companies are using ai to replace some level of artistic jobs typically reserved for people. stuff like box art for games and some aspects of script writing. at this point you can tell that ai stuff in that regard is far lower quality than stuff made by humans, but as the technology improves and companies use more and more human made art to 'train' and tweak the ai we will likely see more of the lower level stuff being outsourced.
AI absolutely can replace creatives in mainstream, and they will eventually. The average person generally doesn't care where the content comes from, just that it's there and adequate.

What would they own, the mortgage? If a home owner owes the bank $400,000 on the house but loses it via lien, do you think the HOA is just going to own that mortgage and keep paying it?
Not sure how whatever the HOA would use would work, but a simplified (and as a disclaimer to be safe, likely not wholly accurate) way of how a mechanics lien works in such a case is: Mortgage is still in effect, the lien stays attached to the title until it is paid(usually by either title insurance if ownership is transferred), or factored in to the next sale price. Mechanics liens are involuntary unlike mortgages though, as said, not entirely sure what kind a HOA would use.

Edit: A cursory Google, looks like most of them are literally an agreement that the HOA can sell your house if violate rules/don't pay dues. Would wager unless it's pretty severe this isn't particularly common though. Still find it relatively fucking weird though.

To put it more accurately: They literally would not sell my grandparents the house outright. They had to agree to a debt(don't remember the amount precisely, think it was 10%?) so the HOA would allow them to live there. Otherwise they were just not going to sell.

Mind it never caused them problems but it's still an incredibly shit tier thing to do.
